This image has a tendancy to pop into my head whenever I listen to Serenade from the Fruits Basket anime, So I drew it. Although Tohru usually has wings too.
The poem came outta nowhere. The chibi style is sort of influenced by Azumanga Daioh. I was watching the anime for that while doing this, actually... ^^ weird. Please excuse my poor handwriting. [EDIT] Oh god you guys, if you're looking at this, god help you, this is so freaking awful. It's like 4 years old now. If you are, for ANY reason, looking at this, please, for the love of god, look at the rest of my gallery. This drawing is shit. I may not have any more confidence in my art than I did back then, but I know I'm better than this now. |
